If the product is installed on uneven
flooring or steps, and the unevenness becomes more severe,
the Head(door) may
not open well since the strength of the spring for the opening of the door may
become weaker.
- Install the product on a firm and even
surface or atop a steady horizontal table
- In
the event the Head(door) does not open well because of an unlevel surface,
level the product by inserting a hard
sheet below the product.
